Our team is composed of highly skilled data scientists and AI engineers who thrive on solving complex challenges. Founder Daniel Strick serves as a Principal AI/ML Engineer, bringing deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and robust data engineering to Strick Data Solutions.

Daniel Strick

Founder / Lead Data Scientist

Daniel received his Master’s degree in Data Science from Boston University, where he also completed his undergraduate studies with a major in Economics and minors in Chemistry and Biology. He brings experience working with government and healthcare data.

Carlos Fernando Garcia Padilla

Co-founder / ML Engineer

Carlos completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, majoring in Bioinformatics with a minor in Computer Science. He is now pursuing a Master’s in Data Science at Boston University and is currently contributing to research in a bioinformatics lab.

Chuqiao (Carrie) Feng

Co-founder / AI Engineer

Carrie holds a Bachelor's degree in Data Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and is now a Master’s student at Boston University. Her work focuses on developing and deploying AI-driven solutions.

Hsiang Yu (Anna) Huang

Co-founder / Data Engineer

Anna graduated from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology with a double major in Industrial Management and Finance and a minor in Computer Science. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science at Boston University. Her interests include sales forecasting and product analytics.

Chris Seferlis

BI Advisor

Chris holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, and has over 25 years’ experience in IT and a deep background in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. He is a Director of Technology Strategy at Microsoft, and a visiting Data Science Professor at Boston University.

Joan DiMicco

PM Advisor

Joan holds a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Media Lab and brings over 18 years of extensive product management leadership to Strick Data Solutions. Her experience spans prestigious organizations including IBM, Forrester, and WBUR, complemented by her current role as a Visiting Professor at Boston University.

Scott Ladenheim

Tech Advisor

Scott holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from Temple University. He possesses expertise in large-scale scientific computing and software development. His background includes technical leadership roles in both startups and large enterprises. He is an Associate Professor of the Practice in the Faculty of Computing and Data Sciences at Boston University.

Pawel Przytycki

Biotechnology Advisor

Pawel holds a PhD in computer science from Princeton University. He is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Computing & Data sciences at Boston University where he runs a research lab that develops algorithms for the analysis and interpretation of large-scale genomics data.
